How to read a study in 60 seconds
Before you believe any "new study says..." post, check these 6 things:
1️⃣ WHO was studied? Humans, animals, or cells in a dish?
2️⃣ HOW MANY? 10 people is weak. 1,000+ is strong.
3️⃣ Was there a CONTROL group? Without one, you can't compare.
4️⃣ HOW LONG? 4 weeks tells you little about long-term safety.
5️⃣ WHO PAID for it? Check the funding section.
6️⃣ Is it PEER-REVIEWED? Published in a real journal, not just a website?
